You will learn to highlight the parts of your body you like and camouflage those you are not so comfortable with.

It is broken up into 4 sessions of 60 minutes each conducted via Google Meet video conference.


Now, you are probably wondering: how are we going to do it?

We will follow the next steps:


  1. Ask yourself what made you come to me right now.

  2. Ask yourself what you think your current personal image is projecting.

  3. Analyse your current lifestyle, and decide what you want to change and what you want to keep, and how the image you project can help you do so.

  4. Set your life goals for the next 1 to 5 years, and see what image you want to project to achieve them.

  5. Be aware of the values ​​that are important to you when you go shopping.

  6. Ask yourself how you would describe your personal style: classic, creative, dramatic, feminine, relaxed, rebellious or elegant chic.

  7. Become aware of your body shape, as well as your body proportions and variations, your face shape and your facial features.

  8. Dare to dress in what makes you feel good, with confidence, respecting your authenticity even though this means making yourself "too visible" and, therefore, vulnerable to other people's eyes.

In the first session we will analyse your personality in terms of dressing style, as well as what you value when choosing one item over another. In short, we will deal with the psychological aspects of a style consultation.

In the second session we are going to determine your body shape, your body proportions and variations; as well as your face shape and facial features. From this analysis, we are going to see what cuts, hemlines, necklines, fabrics, patterns, footwear, accessories and haircuts will suit you best, and also those you should avoid. The physical aspects of a style consultation.

In the third session we will analyse your current lifestyle and where you want to go to be able to see the shopping needs you have at the moment, but also the ones you may have in the future. I will teach you to create a "shopping list".


In the fourth and last session, which will take place 4 weeks after the third one, we will review everything we have seen. You will be able to ask any questions you have about what you have learned.
